a. Midvale Public Works: No additional funds, only change to allocation of budget.
Previous Phase II $25,000, current Phase II $28,800, additional $ 3,800 for Phase II ESA & HMI $3,700 returned to budget.
Previously Approved: $48,000 for Phase I,II, and HMI
