Citizens to be heard: 4. Action Items: - Spanish Valley Drive Multi Use Pathway. Estimated $3,800,000. County $350,000. TSSD to obligate $150,000. Money only for drainage and proper road. On hold - Approval of 2027 Budget - 2027 Meeting Schedule 5. Expenditures: - Patty Olson #024 $100.00 - USPS 12 Months $202.00 - UASD 2027 Membership $88.00 - Smuin, Rich & Marsing Invoice #02379 $500.00 - Utah Local Government Trust Invoice # M1628544 $242.47 6. Income: YTD 2026 See attached Balance sheet and Profit and Loss sheet 7. Old Business: a. Continued discussion on FLAP grant for Castleton RD improvements b. Continued discussion on SITLA Beeman Cutoff RD. c. SVD North from 4way to Resource Blvd.....shoulders and paving TAP awarded $300K GCRD $450K d. Holyoak Oak recap UDOT PS and E meeting Sept 15th .... TSSD $125K vs. e. SVD multiuse path UDOT finishing up ROW acquisition. Project is a go.... trying to complete funding sources f. SVD South Beeman to County Line....
