- Heber Light & Power Board of Directors will hold public hearings on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 6:00 pm at 626 W 300 S to take public comment on the following matters: TENTATIVE 2027 CAPITAL AND OPERATING BUDGETS AND FEE SCHEDULE Public comment will be taken on (1) the Company's proposed 2027 Capital and Operating Budget, which includes $300,000 in distributions to the Company's owner municipalities, and (2) the Company's proposed Fee Schedule, which may impose new fees or increase fees for certain services provided by the Company. The proposed budget will be available for inspection (1) at Heber Light & Power Company, 626 W 300 S, Heber City, Utah, (2) on Heber Light & Power's website (www.heberpower.gov), and (3) on the Utah Public Notice website (pmn.utah.gov). RATE IMPLEMENTATION OF GENERAL SERVICE (COMMERCIAL) AND LARGE LOAD RATES Public comment will be taken on a proposed General Service Stand-alone EV Charging Station Rate, General Service Street Light Rate & Fees, and a Large Load Rate. A summary of the proposed rate implementation will be available on the Utah Public Notice website (pmn.utah.gov), on Heber Light & Power Company's website (www.heberpower.gov), and at the Heber Light & Power business office, 626 W 300 S, Heber City, Utah.
