PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PROPOSED LOT RE- ZONE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Manila Planning & Zoning will hold a public hearing on NOVEMBER 5th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as feasible, at the Town Conference Meeting Room, located at 145 E Hwy 43, Manila, Utah.
The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comments regarding a proposed LOT RE- ZONE for a 1.159-acre parcel located at 36 N. 3rd W., Manila, Utah. The property is currently zoned as Residential- Low Density District and the applicant is requesting approval of a Commercial Re-Zone.
Public comments are encouraged and may be submitted in person at the public hearing or in writing by email to mattee.forbes@manilautah.gov. Written comments must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the meeting to be included in the Planning & Zoning Commission's review. Comments may also be submitted during regular business hours at the Town of Manila Offices, 145 E Highway 43, Manila, Utah 84046.
