e. The City has decided to disassociate itself from the 501c3 as far as accounting purposes go so we will need to get our own credit card/checkbook to make purchases from this account. This is being done because of a recent audit and they would like the City to get this group off of the City books, because they are not directly associated with it. Right now myself and Amy Visser are listed as authorized users for this account.
f. Steve Hubbard the former Clinton City Treasurer has been removed from the account because he was the representative from the City who could transfer money from the PARCS 501c3 Account to the City account so it could be spent.
g. Would the committee approve donating up to $5,000 from Home Depot to the RAP Tax fund for Clinton City to build the landing pad for the Dock that will be installed at the pond? I will work with the Parks Manager for Clinton City to get bids to pour the pad and then Amy and I will transfer over the money used to pour the pad to the city to pay the contractor for the work.
