- DUCHESNE CITY NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION ORDINANCE NO. 2026-04 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 13, 2026, the Duchesne City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2026-04, entitled 'An Ordinance Establishing the Regular Meeting Schedule of the Duchesne City Council.' The ordinance changes the regular meeting schedule of the Duchesne City Council from the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month to the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 6:00 p.m. Regular meetings will be held at Duchesne City Hall, 500 East Main Street, Duchesne, Utah 84021, unless otherwise noticed in accordance with applicable law. The signed ordinance specifies October 13, 2026, as its effective date, subject to the publication requirements of Utah law. A complete copy of Ordinance No. 2026-04 is available for public inspection at the Duchesne City Recorder's Office, 500 East Main Street, Duchesne, Utah 84021. DATED this 15 day of October, 2026.
