RIVERDALE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE of PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Riverdale City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing at approximately 6:00 pm on October 27, 2026, to receive and consider public comment on this item before a recommendation from the Planning Commission is forwarded to the City Council for final action: 1. Planned Development Overlay - Zoning Map Amendment. Consider a zoning map amendment to apply the Planned Development (PD) overlay to the property located at 690 W 4400 S for a proposed townhome development. The proposed amendment would retain the property's underlying zoning designation as R-5 and add the PD overlay, allowing development in accordance with Riverdale City Code Chapter 10-22 and the standards and conditions approved for the project. The associated subdivision, site plan, and development agreement are subject to separate review and approval.
