NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Parowan City gives notice that on Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. or soon thereafter, the Parowan City Council will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers, 35 E 100 N, Parowan, Utah concerning the proposed annexation of approximately 21.48 acres of real property, referred to as the Daveco LLC Annexation, into Parowan City's incorporated limits. The 21.48 acres of real property is located approximately at 325 N 600 W, which includes parcels C-0945-0007-0000 and C-0945-0006-0000 (please see attached annexation plat). The public is invited to attend the public hearing and provide comments for consideration by the City Council.
Immediately following the Daveco LLC public hearing, a second public hearing will be held concerning the proposed annexation of approximately 60.41 acres of real property, referred to as the Heritage Hills Holdings Annexation, into Parowan City's incorporated limits. The 60.41 acres of real property is located approximately at Charis Road and 950 S, which includes parcels C-1059-0021-0000 and C-1059-0005-0004 (please see attached annexation plat). The public is invited to attend the public hearing and provide comments for consideration by the City Council.

A copy of the foregoing notice and agenda was emailed to The Spectrum, posted at the Parowan City Hall and Parowan City Library, posted on the Parowan City website at www.parowan.org, and posted on the Utah Public Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
