Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 pm on the 13th day of October, 2026, at the Garland City Building.

3. Consideration and possible action on the site plan for the proposed Bear River Eye Center (Parcel Nos. 06-062-0015 and -0016) approximately 1.6 acres located at the northwest corner of 1200 South and Main Street.
4. Consideration and possible action on the CAPSA Phase 2 Site Plan (Parcel No. 06-061-0142) approximately 6.94 acres located along 350 West in Garland.
5. Consideration and possible action on a site plan for the Bear River High School 2026 Parking Lots project located at approximately 1450 South Main Street.
