NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Springdale Planning Commission will hold a public hearing as described below. The hearing will be held at the Canyon Community Center, 126 Lion Boulevard, Springdale, UT 84767. Springdale Planning Commission October 21, 2026, at 5:00 PM 1. Public Hearing: Trista Rayner requests Design Development Review approval for a new 11-space parking lot and associated landscape improvements beside Meme's Cafe, 975 Zion Park Blvd. Staff Contact: Niall Connolly 2. Public Hearing: Proposed Revision to the Development Agreement between the Town of Springdale and Arcilla Ridge governing the development of 100 Trapper Circle, parcel S-100-C, to allow the standard Central Commercial zone rear setbacks rather than the enhanced Central Commercial zone adjacent to Foothill Residential Zone setbacks. Staff Contact: Tom Dansie This notice is intended to comply with the requirements of Utah State Code sections 10-20-205 or 10-5-108 concerning notifying the public of upcoming public hearings. Please contact the Town Staff identified above for additional information about the matter(s) to be addressed in the public hearing. Staff reports regarding the matter(s) will be available by October 16, 2026, and will be posted on the Town's website (https://www.springdale.utah.gov/agendacenter). The public is invited to provide written comments on the matter(s) at least two days in advance of the public hearing or attend in person to provide verbal comments during the public hearing portion of the public meeting.
