5. Resolution 2026-54. A Resolution of the City Council of Ogden Valley City, Utah, Declaring its Intent to Create the OV Consolidated Special Service District; Outlining the Proposed Services; Declaring that the Public Health, Convenience, and Necessity Require the Creation of Said District; Designating the Boundaries and Proposed Services of the District; and Providing for Other Related Matters and Effective Date. Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Resolution 2026-54.
6. Resolution 2026-55. A Resolution of the City Council of Ogden Valley City, Utah, Adopting a Business License Fee Schedule and Replacing the Business License Portion of the City's Consolidated Fee Schedule. Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Resolution 2026-55.
7. Ordinance 2026-55: An Ordinance of the City Council of Ogden Valley City, Utah, Replacing Chapter 6.05 of the Ogden Valley City Municipal Code with Business Licensing Requirements; Providing for Applications, Renewals, Fees, Compliance, Adverse Action, and Appeals; and Providing for Transition and an Effective Date. Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Ordinance 2026-55.
8. Resolution 2026-56: A Resolution of the City Council of Ogden Valley City, Utah, Adopting an Interlocal Agreement Between Ogden Valley City and Huntsville Town for Staffing and Payroll Servies. Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Resolution 2026-56.
9. Resolution 2026-57: A Resolution of the Ogden Valley City Council Establishing the Method of Screening, Appointment, and Council Advice and Consent for the Public Works Manager Position, and Establishing At-Will Employment for City Employees. Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Resolution 2026-54.
10. Resolution 2026-58: A Resolution of the City Council of Ogden Valley City, Utah, Adopting an Interlocal Agreement Between Ogden Valley City and Weber County Clerk's Office Elections Division for the Purpose of Assisting the City in Conducting the City's 2027 and 2029 Primary and General Municipal Elections as well as Any Other Municipal Elections, Ballot Propositions, or Other Election Related Processes Held During Off-Year Elections. Discuss and possibly deny, continue, or adopt Resolution 2026-58.
