Amalga Planning and Zoning Commission PUBLIC HEARING AGENDA October 7, 2026 6:00 PM 6590 N 2400 W Amalga, Utah 1. Call to Order/Roll Call Commission Members Present: P&Z Commission Chairman - position vacant LeAnn Campbell April Hansen Aaron Wood Kelly Noble P&Z Commission Secretary: Dianna Broadbent Visitors present: See attached sign-in sheet 2. Procedural Rules A. Visitors will sign in and indicate if they would like to speak at this hearing. B. Each speaker will have at least 5 minutes to present their input. C. There will not be a vote tonight, as this hearing is for the sole purpose of receiving input from Amalga residents on the topic. D. If needed, this hearing will continue at a later date to obtain all citizen input from sign-in sheet. 3. Topic Discussion of Potential Changes to the Amalga Land Management and Development Code (Ed. 2010): A. The addition of an Ordinance clearly defining Automotive Service Stations and Fuel Storage Facilities. B. An amendment to include Automotive Service Stations and Fuel Storage Facilities as an acceptable use in the Light Industrial Zone. 4. Public Comment and Testimony Written input submitted prior to the deadline (10/4/2026 @ 10PM). A. Munks' concerns B.
