A. Resolution 10-2026 appointing Tracy S. Cowdell and Cowdell Law, P.C. as the West Haven Special Service District Attorney and authorizing adoption of the Legal Services Agreement between West Haven Special Service District and Cowdell Law P.C for Civil Legal Services as the West Haven Special Service District Attorneys
4. CLOSED SESSION The Board will consider a motion to enter into a closed meeting for the purpose of a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; to be held in accordance with the provisions of Utah Code 52-4-205
