Call to Order - Meeting of the Municipal Building Authority of Hurricane City
1. Reading of Statement: The Municipal Building Authority of the City of Hurricane, Utah hereby intends to issue a lease revenue bond (the 'Series 2026 Bonds'). The purpose of said bond is to provide funds to (a) finance the acquisition and construction of a new police station, a new city hall building, and related improvements (collectively, the 'Series 2026 Project'); (b) fund any required deposit to a debt service reserve fund; and (c) pay costs associated with the issuance of the Series 2026 Bonds. The estimated amount of the bond is $27,000,000
2. Consideration for adoption of a Resolution 2026-33 of the Municipal Building Authority of Hurricane City, Utah authorizing the issuance and sale of not more than $27,000,000 aggregate principal amount of lease revenue bonds, series 2026 and related matters

1. Consideration for adoption of Resolution 2026-34 of the City Council of Hurricane City, Utah (the 'City') authorizing and approving the execution and delivery of an Amendment to Master Lease Agreement and a Ground Lease Agreement by and between the City and the Municipal Building Authority of Hurricane City, Utah (the 'Authority'), authorizing the issuance and sale by the Authority of its Lease revenue Bonds, Series 2026, in an aggregate principal amount of not more than $27,000,000; authorizing and approving the execution and delivery by the Authority of a Supplemental Indenture of Trust, a Bond Purchase Contract, certain security documents, and other documents required in connection with the series 2026 Bonds; adopting a tax and disclosure compliance procedure; authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transaction contemplated by the resolution; and related matters
2. Consideration for adoption of Resolution 2026-35 Authorizing the issuance and sale of not more than $24,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Electric Revenue Bonds, Series 2027; and related matters
3. Consideration and possible approval of Resolution 2026-32 Approving the form of the Non-BQ Lease/Purchase Agreement with ZMFU II, INC. Salt Lake City, Utah and authorizing execution and delivery thereof - Kaden DeMille
4. Consideration and possible approval of local consent for a Recreational Beer license for Coral Cliffs Entertainment - Zachery Morgan
5. Public Hearing to take comments on the following:
