MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council will hold a regular council meeting on Thursday, October 1, 2026, starting at 7:00 PM in the Council Chambers in Kaysville City Hall at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, UT. The meeting will be streamed live on YouTube, and the link to the meeting will be posted on www.KaysvilleLive.com.
Public comments during the meeting will be accepted only during Action Items, public hearings, and the Call to the Public portion of the meeting. The number of speakers for each item will be limited, and each speaker will be limited to three (3) minutes. Individuals wishing to speak must sign up in person before the meeting begins. Comments may also be submitted to the City Council via email at publiccomment@kaysville.gov; however, emailed comments will not be read aloud during the meeting.

PUBLIC HEARING - 7:00 PM
Public Hearing to receive input from the public with respect to (a) the issuance of approximately $16,500,000 of General Obligation Bonds and (b) the potential economic impact that the improvements, facilities, or properties to be financed in whole or in part with the proceeds of said bonds will have on the private sector.
