Description/Agenda: Notice of Public Hearing In accordance with State Code 52-4-202, notice is hereby given that the Oakley City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on: Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Anchor location at: 960 W. Center Street Also available at: ZOOM Meeting I.D. 820 258 4629 The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments and take possible action regarding: Plat Amendment affecting North Star Ranch Sub. Lot 3 and Circle L Ranch Sub. Lot 1. Plat amendment proposes to vacate a portion of Circle L Ranches Lot 1 (area East of the canal) and add to North Star Ranches Lot 3.
