Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2026 at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matter: Public Hearing: Zoning Amendment - Request by Brian Browning to rezone a 5.66-acre parcel located at 2617 S 3000 W. The property is currently zoned A-1 (Agricultural). The proposed zoning is R-3 (Residential).
