OCTOBER 8, 2026 PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 East, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Code Text Amendment - Section 10-14-24-3-D: Permitted Uses in the Grove Interchange Subdistrict (City Wide) Public Hearing to consider the request of St. John Properties for code text amendment to amend Section 10-14-24-3-D, to add Use 4602 (Commercial parking lots and garages on a fee basis) to the list of permitted uses in the Grove Interchange Subdistrict.
