NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEAVER DAM VILLAGE SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Beaver Dam Village Special Service District will hold a public hearing on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. MST PUBLIC HEARING LOCATION: Panguitch Lake Fire Station, 811 Clear Creek Canyon Road, Panguitch Lake, UT. PURPOSE OF HEARING. The purpose of this public hearing is to obtain citizen feedback, review, and receive public comments regarding the establishment of standby, usage, re-connection, establishment, and connection fees. PROPOSED FEES. The following fees are proposed for consideration: Fee Type Proposed Amount / Description Annual Standby Fee Annual Usage Fee Reconnection Fee Establishment Fee Connection Fee $500 on all vacant lots or parcels within the District's service area. $700 per lot or parcel that uses water from the system. Not subject to Annual Standby Fee. $10,000 for lots that were combined and later subdivided into lots, together with accrued standby fees and interest. $25,000 for every newly created lot or parcel, together with costs as determined by the Board of Directors. $100 for newly installed water connections. Please note that the Beaver Dam Village Homeowners Association is a separate entity and imposes a $300 fee on all lots and parcels. ACCOMMODATIONS.
