NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its October 7, 2026, City Council Work Meeting to consider a General Plan change from Central Commercial to Business/Light Manufacturing in the vicinity of 226 N 3325 W. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its October 7, 2026, City Council Work Meeting to consider a zone change from Industrial and Manufacturing (I&M-2) to Industrial and Manufacturing (I&M-1) in the vicinity of 226 N 3325 W. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its October 7, 2026, City Council Work Meeting to consider a zone change from Annexed Transition to Residential - Single Family (R-1), Residential - Single Family (R-2-1), Residential - Two Unit (R-2-2), Residential - Multiple Unit (R-3-M), and Central Commercial (CC) in the vicinity of Westview Drive and South Mountain Drive (Bauer Meadows RDO). The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend.
