You are receiving this notice because records from the Utah County Assessor's Office indicate that you are the
applicant, an affected entity, or own land within 800 feet of the subject property.
APPLICANT: Scott Anderson
REQUEST: Scott Anderson requests major subdivision approval for a four (4) lot single family residential development. The minimum lot size for each lot is 20,000
square feet.
LOCATION: The subject property is located at 385 N. 135 W. (Utah County Parcel #'s 14:068:0271), in Lindon's Residential R1-20 zone. See the reverse side of this notice for a site plan of the subject property and an aerial map.
TIME & PLACE OF HEARING: The Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on this item on September 29, 2026. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the Lindon City Center, 100 North State Street, Lindon, UT. All interested parties are invited to attend and present oral and/or written comments regarding this petition. Interested parties are encouraged to provide written testimony prior to the meeting at
planning@lindon.gov. During public hearings, the Planning Commission chair reserves the right to limit the time allowed for oral testimony. Anyone interested can view the meeting through a live broadcast at www.youtube.com/LindonCity
