APPLICANT: Wayne Corbridge
REQUEST: A request to amend the Lindon City ordinance and zoning map for the property located at 500 N. 500 W. (Utah County Parcel #45:371:0006). The proposal seeks to:
- Amend the city ordinance to create a new residential overlay zone, R-4 Planned Development Overlay Zone (R-4 PD) for a 25-lot residential townhome development.
- Amend the current zoning from Commercial General (CG) to R-4 Planned Development Overlay Zone (R-4 PD).
TIME & PLACE OF HEARING: The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on this item on September 29, 2026. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. at the Lindon City Hall building. All interested parties are invited to attend and present oral and/or written comment regarding this petition. Interested parties are encouraged to provide written testimony prior to the meeting at planning@lindon.gov.
