The Lindon City Council will hold a meeting at 5:15 pm on Monday, Sept. 21, 2026 in the Lindon
City Center Council Chambers, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. Meetings are typically broadcast

6. Approval of Minutes - The minutes of joint Timpanogos School Board & City Council meeting
from September 8, 2026 and the regular City Council meeting from September 8, 2026.
7. Consent Agenda - (Items do not require public comment or discussion and can all be approved by
a single motion. The following consent agenda items will be presented for approval:
a) Surplus Equipment Disposal; Resolution #2026-32-R
8. Review & Action: General Plan Amendment - 1200 E. Street Master Plan
Dave Gardner filed a land use application to amend the Lindon City General Plan Street Master Plan
Map to reduce the width of the future 800 N/1200 E. connector road behind the four residential
properties at 663 E. 770 N., 677 E. 770 N., 689 E. 770 N., 771 E. 770 N. The Planning Commission
recommends denial of the requested change.
9. Review & Action: Lindon City Ordinance Amendment; Ord #2026-16-O. The Utah Legislature
passed Senate Bill 284 (SB 284) during the 2026 Utah Legislative Session which amended state
requirements governing detached accessory dwelling units (ADUs). Provisions of the City's existing
ordinance are proposed to be amended as well as other requirements for ADU's. The Planning
Commission recommends approval of the changes.
10. Review & Action: Surplus real property declaration & Road Dedication Plat; Resolution
#2026-27-R. The Council will review and consider disposal of a portion of property near 135 West
200 North and consider approval and acceptance of a roadway dedication plat.
11. Review & Action: Series 2026 Water Revenue Bonds; Parameters Resolution #2026-33-R. The
Council will review and consider for adoption a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of not
more than $7,400,000 aggregate principal amount of Water Revenue Bonds, Series 2026; and
related matters.
12. Review & Action: Series 2026 Sewer Revenue Bonds; Parameters Resolution #2026-34-R. The
Council will review and consider for adoption a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of not
more than $3,500,000 aggregate principal amount of sewer revenue bonds and $1,700,000 aggregate
principal amount of sewer revenue refunding bonds (collectively, the 'series 2026 bonds'); and
related matters.
13. Closed Session - The City Council will discuss potential purchase or sale of real property per Utah
Code 52-4-205(1)(e). This session is closed to the general public.
