The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. 1.PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2.ROLL CALL 3.SAFETY SECONDS Councilmember Root 4.GENERAL BUSINESS/DISCUSSION a. OCTOBER DOMESTIC VIOLENCE PREVENTION MONTH PROCLAMATION. Consideration and possible approval for Mayor Willis to proclaim October as Domestic Violence Prevention Month in Price City. b. REAL PROPERTY DIGITIZE PROJECT. Consideration and possible approval of Castle Gate Engineering as the successful low bidder for the project with a bid of $6,125.00. Project is grant funded. c. ROSE PARK IMPROVEMENTS RESTROOM REMODEL. Consideration and possible approval of Nichols Construction to perform the adjusted scope of work for the project for $35,351.00. Only one bid was received for the project. d. ROSE PARK IMPROVEMENTS PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT. Consideration and possible approval for Garrett Parks And Play to install new playground equipment for $74,996.00. Six proposals from three companies were received ranging from $74,996.00 to $120,667.00. 5.CONSENT AGENDA a. MINUTES for 09-09-2026 City Council Workshop and City Council. b. INTERNATIONAL DAYS DATES 2027. Consideration and possible approval to set August 5, 6, 7, 2027 as the official dates for Price City International Days 2027 (Golf Tournament Scheduled for July 31, 2027). c. DECEASED ACCOUNT CHARGE OFF. Consideration and possible approval of deceased account charge-offs for utility accounts. d. RATIFICATION. Consideration and possible approval of ratification of the JAG Grant between Price City Police Department and State of Utah Department of Criminal Justice in the amount of $7,500. e. SPRING WATER TRANSMISSION LINE PROJECT ACCESS MOU. Ratification of a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) with John Houston for access across private property during construction of the project. f. BUSINESS LICENSES. Skin by Liv LLC at 60 W Main St for Olivia Anderson. 6.PUBLIC COMMENTS (LIMITED TO TWO MINUTES PER PERSON/NO ACTION TAKEN ON DISCUSSED ITEMS) 7.UNFINISHED BUSINESS
