CALL TO ORDER

3. Public Input - This time has been set aside for the public to express ideas, concerns, and comments for subject matter not listed as public hearing on the agenda. Please avoid repetitive comments. Limit of 3 minutes per speaker, unused time may not be given to another. Time for Public Input is limited to no more than 15 minutes total.
PUBLIC HEARINGS
The Commission will accept public comment and may make a recommendation to the City Council for the following items:
1. Annexation Policy Plan Update Public Hearing, located approximately in the Andover Annexation area northeast of Pony Express Parkway and Clark Drive. Planner II Sam Stout.
2. Spring Heights II Rezone, General Plan Amendment (GPA), located at 2300 N. Redwood Road. Marty Beaumont with St. John Properties as applicant. Senior Planner Austin Roy.
3. Saratoga Springs Senior Seminary Rezone, and General Plan Amendment (GPA), located Northwest of New Alpine School District High School. Bradley Gygi as applicant. Senior Planner David Jellen and Planner II Caden Baines.
4. Amendment to Title 19 Land Development Code of the City of Saratoga Springs, Chapter 19.05 - Supplementary Regulations - Fencing for Public Utilities, located at West Village Parkway Parcel 59:011:0083. Corey Pace as applicant. Senior Planner Kendal Black.
