7. Public Comments:
Harry Hanson with Valor shared that there will be a Town Hall and Open house coming up soon at their location. Harry Also shared that they are waiting on a clean title to purchase the property outside of Orangeville City.
8. Approve - Public Entity Resolution- Authorize Christine Kurta and Jessica Allen TO access and/or Transact with PTIF accounts.

9. Maeleen Snow- Animal Control Concerns
Ms. Snow approached to council to talk about previous concerns regrarding her 2 dogs. She has had a meeting with our animal control Officer and Council Member Doug Stilson regarding complaints about her dogs. Since the meeting she has created an enclosure for the dogs and wants to ensure that makes her compliant to retain ownership of her dogs in city limits. Council Member Doug Stilson stated that was the case. She also advocated for the use of door hangers to notify pet owners of non-compliant animals. Ms. Snow also stated that since her

12.Mike Madsen - Water lease Extension- Approve
Mr. Madsen joined the meeting via phone after a zoom link failed. He states that he is actively pursuing his required water share. HI construction has been delayed and he has used minimal water in the past year. The Council approved a one year extension on his water lease.

Staff/Council Reports
Tracey Addley- Fire Chief- nothing to report
Seth Manning-
Travis Richards- Dog bite incident 2 weeks ago, dog needed to be put down, currently addressing weeds around the city. And getting ready to paint the crosswalks in time for school.
Jessica Allan- Another expired water lease will need to be addressed at September Meeting
Christine Kurta-
David McKee- Special Service District is going to be paving in the City over the next few weeks and will be filling holes as needed and notified.
Kari Alton- Slow Month Youth Council will kick off in September
Doug Stilson- Planning and Zoning is working on looking at an ordinance with camp trailers being used as residences.
Kirk McQuivey- Concerned about youth using the area around the pickleball courts as an unofficial track. Asked that anyone who sees this happening to address it.
Kevin Butler- Attended the Energy conference and talked about Fossil Rock Mine operations
