AGENDA - Meeting called to order - Welcome/Opening Ceremony - Action on Minutes of August 18, 2026 - Next Meeting scheduled for October 20, 2026 at 6:30 PM - PUBLIC HEARING to receive comments on proposed clarifying amendments to the Land Management and Development Code. The proposed amendments are 1) make it clear accessory buildings are not permitted within the required street side yard of a corner lot; 2) Remove the reference to using a driveway as a source to determine the rear yard of a corner lot. - Finalize Recommendation to City Council on Clarifying Amendments - Planning and Zoning Report - Zoning Administrator Knight - General Plan Update: Discussion on Section 4 BASIC PUBLIC SERVICES - City Council Direction: Prepare an Ordinance for Accessory Dwelling Units & Movable Residential Structures - Future Considerations - Assignments - Adjournment Planning Commission meetings are public meetings.
