R2026- Resolution Accepting the Proposal from Sunrise Engineering and Appointing Troy Washburn as Town Engineer 3. 2026- An Ordinance Amending Subsection C (Scope and Applicability) of Section 16.8.62 of the Virgin Municipal Code to Provide for Concurrent Review of Grading Permit Applications with Associated Development Approvals, to Authorize Exploratory Excavation for Geotechnical and Other Studies Required to Support Development Applications. 4. 2026- An Ordinance Amending Title 16, Chapter 48 of the Virgin Municipal Code to Revise Section 48.06 (Applicability) and Section 48.04 (Location) of the Open Space District to Provide That the Provisions of the Chapter Apply to All Lands Within the District to the Fullest Extent Permitted by Law. 5. 2026- An Ordinance of the Virgin Town Council, Virgin, Utah, Adopting the 2024 Version of the International Building Code and the 2024 Version of the International Residential Code as Adopted by the State of Utah. 6. 2026- An Ordinance Delegating Limited Authority to Make Nonsubstantive, Clerical, and Editorial Corrections in the Course of Codifying the Virgin Municipal Code.
