Nicholas Rieckhoff/Petrichor Development LLC, authorized agent/owner, is requesting approval of a zone change for a 0.17-acre parcel located at 715 South 80 East from Traditional Neighborhood Residential (NR-6) to Community Commercial (CC) within the Woodruff Neighborhood - Ordinance 26-16 - Aaron Smith, Planner B. PUBLIC HEARING - Consideration of a proposed resolution adopting the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Program Year 2025 - Resolution 26-31 - Amanda Pearce, CDBG Coordinator C. PUBLIC HEARING - Consideration of a proposed lease of real property (Tax ID #03-007-0004) owned by the City of Logan located at 2315 South Highway 89-91 in Logan, Utah consisting of approximately 3.42 acres - Kirk Jensen, Economic Development Director D. PUBLIC HEARING - Budget Adjustments FY 2026-2027 appropriating: $10,786 funds the Library received from the State of Utah.
