- TOWN OF ALTAMONT REGULAR TOWN COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA Date: Wednesday, September 9, 2026 Time: 7:00 P.M. MDT Location: Altamont Town Office Building, 15588 W 4000 N, Altamont, UT 84001 1. Call to Order & Welcome Call to order by the Mayor Roll call of Town Council members Pledge of Allegiance 2. Public Comment Period Guidelines: Floor open for comments from members of the public on items not listed on the formal agenda. Comments are limited to three (3) minutes per person. The Council cannot take definitive legal action on non-agenda items. 3. Departmental & Operational Updates Fire Department Update: Operational report, safety updates, and status of current conditions. Review and possible action on Resolution 2026-05B (Fireworks and Ignition Sources Restrictions) Utilities Update: Status report on town water, sewer infrastructure, and maintenance operations. 4. Administrative & Governance Business State Data Privacy Requirements Update:Informational briefing regarding newly mandated state compliance requirements for government data privacy, record security, and public records administration. 5. Planning & Land Use Land Use Applications & Consolidated Fee Schedule Review: Presentation of current land use application workflows, permitting processes, and associated municipal fees. Council review and preview of proposed revisions to land use fees in preparation for setting a formal Public Hearing during the October 2026 Town Council meeting. 6. Other Business Open floor for additional items or correspondence not specifically listed on the agenda. 7. Adjournment Motion to adjourn.
