- Notice and Agenda The Plain City Planning Commission will convene in a regular meeting Thursday, September 10, 2026 which meeting shall begin at 7:00 pm a Work Meeting with City Council will follow at 7:15 pm. in Council Chambers at Plain City Hall - 4160 West 2200 North, this meeting will also be accessible via ZOOM. The agenda shall be as follows: Welcome: Pledge of Allegiance: Moment of Silence/Invocation: 7:00 PM - Regular Meeting /7:15 PM Work Meeting 1. Roll Call 2. Opening Meeting Statement 3. Ex Parte communications or conflicts of interest to disclose 4. Public Comments for items not on the agenda 5. Approval of Minutes from August 13, 2026 and August 27, 2026 6. Legislative Items: Discussion/Motion: Set a public hearing for rezone on October 8, 2026 from A-2 to C-3 for Parcel 190270007 approx. 4700-5100 W 2700-3100 N (Western Basin Land & Livestock) 7. Adjournment: 8.
