Udy Clerk/Recorder The Town Council at its discretion may rearrange the order of any item(s) on the agenda. Final action may be taken on any item on the agenda. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Sharlet R. Udy, Town Clerk, at 896-0260 at least 24 hours before the meeting. In accordance with State Stature, Council may by two-thirds vote, go into a closed meeting. NOTICE REGARDING PUBLIC COMMENT & EETING DECORUM: Public comment is permitted only during the designated Public Comment period on the agenda. Members of the audience may not speak, offer comments, ask questions, or interrupt Council proceedings unless explicitly invited to do so by the Chair. Outbursts, cross-talk, or interruptions from the gallery are strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the meeting.
