- PUBLIC NOTICE VERNAL CITY ORDINANCE NO 2026-25 ADOPTED Notice is hereby given that the Vernal City Council has adopted Ordinance No. 2026-25, amending the Official Vernal City Zoning Map by rezoning property located at 291 South Vernal Avenue, Vernal, Utah. This ordinance rezones approximately 1.67 acres, identified as Parcel No. 050320156, from R-3 (Residential Zone) to C-2 (Commercial Zone). The zoning map amendment was adopted following consideration of the proposed rezone and public input received through the City's duly noticed public meeting process. Ordinance 2026-25 was duly passed and adopted by the Vernal City Council on September 2, 2026. The ordinance takes effect immediately upon adoption and posting, as provided by law. A copy of the ordinance is on file and available for public inspection at the Vernal City Recorder's Office 374 East Main Street, Vernal, Utah, during regular business hours, or on the City's website.
