Notice of Public Hearing - Town Council Consideration of Recommendation for Rezoning Request
Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Spring Lake, Utah, will hold a public hearing to consider the recommendation for a Rezoning Request for Parcel 30:084:0019.

Purpose of Hearing:
A rezoning application requests an amendment to the Official Zoning Map that changes the zoning designation of one or more parcels of land. Rezoning is a legislative action that is considered by the Planning Commission and decided by the Town Council in accordance with the Spring Lake Municipal Code.
The Planning Commission held a public hearing on September 2, 2026, and voted to recommend the approval of the rezoning request for Parcel 30:084:0019 from Residential Cluster to Commercial to the Town Council.
The purpose of this public hearing is to receive additional public comment regarding the rezoning designation of Parcel 30:084:0019 from Residential Cluster to Commercial.
Following the public hearing, the the Town Council will consider the Planning Commission's recommendation to approve the request for the rezoning of Parcel 30:084:0019, and may deliberate and conduct a vote to approve or deny the request.

Interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and provide comments. Written comments may be submitted at least 24 hours before the hearing to:
