- STRATEGY WORK MEETING AGENDA SPRINGVILLE CITY COUNCIL SEPTEMBER 08, 2026, AT 4:00 P.M. Hobble Creek Golf Course 94 Hobble Creek Canyon Road, Springville, Utah 84663 Notice is hereby given the Springville City Mayor, City Council, and City Administration will be participating in a Strategy Work Meeting on September 08, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. No official action will be taken at this meeting. CLOSED SESSION, IF NEEDED - TO BE ANNOUNCED IN MOTION The Springville City Council may temporarily recess the meeting and convene in a closed session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, pending or reasonably imminent litigation, and the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, as provided by UCA 52-4-205.
