NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT AN IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE, IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN (IFFP) AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS (IFA) RELATED TO THE SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM.
The City of West Point, located in Davis County, Utah, serving development within the City's current municipal boundaries and impact fee service areas intends to adopt an updated Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP), Impact Fee Analysis (IFA), and Impact Fee ordinance related to the Sanitary Sewer System.
THIS IS NOTICE THAT THE WEST POINT CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING on SEPTEMBER 15, 2026 at approximately 7:00 PM
to receive public input in consideration of this ordinance.
THE PUBLIC MAY COMMENT IN-PERSON DURING THE PUBLIC HEARING or
WRITTEN COMMENTS MAY BE SUBMITTED VIA E-MAIL PRIOR TO 12 PM ON THE MEETING DATE.
