NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING WOODLAND HILLS CITY PLANNING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that the Woodland Hills City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Woodland Hills City Office, located at 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah, to receive public comment regarding proposed amendments to Woodland Hills City Code Titles 10-2-1, 11-4-3, 11-4-4, and 11-5-3. The proposed code amendments include revisions relating to: - Definitions of a structure; - Subdivision Improvements before recording an approved plat; - Subdivision Improvements after recording an approved plat; - Easements The Planning Commission will receive public comments and consider whether to recommend approval, modification, or denial of the proposed amendments to the Woodland Hills City Council. The proposed amendments may be reviewed at Woodland Hills City Hall during regular business hours or by contacting the City Recorder at 801-423-3900 or by emailing recorder@woodlandhills-ut.gov Interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and provide comments. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Woodland Hills City will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the public hearing.
