NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of North Davis Sewer District will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on October 8, 2026 at the District offices located at 4252 West 2200 South, Syracuse, UT 84075 to solicit public comment regarding North Davis Sewer District's intention to modify its Industrial Pretreatment Regulations, specifically the Local Limits. These updates aim to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wastewater regulations while protecting the environment and district resources. The changes could impact industrial wastewater dischargers that discharge to the North Davis Sewer District wastewater system. It is the intention of the North Davis Sewer District Board of Trustees to adopt these limits after this 30-day public notice period and subsequent approval from the State of Utah Division of Water Quality.
