- The Grand Water and Sewer Service Agency will be hosting a workshop with the Division of Water Rights (DWRi). The workshop will provide an opportunity for Agency representatives and interested parties to discuss water rights matters and other related topics. During the workshop, DWRi staff will answer questions regarding water rights and other water-related matters brought forward. Participants are encouraged to come prepared with questions or topics they would like to discuss.
