- NOTICE AND AGENDA OF A PUBLIC MEETING September 1, 2026 PUBLIC MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Beaver County Commissioners of Beaver County, Utah, will hold a regular Meeting on September 1, 2026 at the place and time set forth below to consider the agenda item(s) hereinafter set forth. MEETING PLACE: Beaver County Administration Building 105 East Center Street, Beaver, Utah. MEETING TIME: 10:00 AM 10:05: Approve Bills 10:10: Approve August Minutes 10:15: Eagle Scout Project Funding Request 10:25: Elk Medow Liens 10:35: Consider Low Income Abatements Contract 10:45: LexisNexis Research Database Contract 10:55: Ratify Beaver Emergency Declaration Letter 11:00: Ratify Beaver Fire District 1 Letter of Support 11:05: Kents Lake Reservoir Company- Structure Damage 11:15: Conditional Use Permit- Escalante Desert Resources LLC 11:25: Consider Data Center Moratorium 11:40: Consider Resolution 2026-13; Consolidating Justice Courts in Beaver County 11:45: Consider Jones and DeMillie Contract Agreement- Cottonwood Fire Emergency Technical Assistance 11:50: Consider Jones and DeMille Contract Agreement- Beaver River and North Creek Emergency Channel Clearing- NRCS Exigent Service 12:00: NRCS EWP Project Update 12:15: Consider Rural County Grant Application 12:30: Adjourn Meeting (To be discussed when/as time permits) - Old Business - Commission Updates Closed session for the purpose of discussing the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; discuss strategy for pending or reasonably imminent litigation, real property negotiation.
