NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at St. George City Offices located at 61 S Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to change the zoning change from A-1 (Agriculture, one-acre minimum lot size) to PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) on approximately 8.48 acres. The property is generally located north of 2450 South and west of 3210 East. The request is for the Planned Development Initial Zone Change only. The applicant is Bush & Gudgell, Inc. and the representative is Bob Hermandson. The project is to be known as the Sullivan Commercial zone change. Case No. 2026-ZC-016.
