NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at St. George City Offices located at 61 S Main Street, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A public hearing will be held to receive public comment on a request to change the zoning the from C-3 (General Commercial) to PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) on approximately 1.68 acres. The property is generally located north of Crosby Way and east of 120 E Street. The applicant is Strap Tank Brewery St. George LLC and the representative is Chris Salisbury. The project is known as Strap Tank Restaurant & Brewery Zone Change.
