Description/Agenda: Welcome / Roll call July 2026 minutes approval 1st 2027-2029 Strategic Planning Meeting with Library System Staff Discussion will focus on: - needs that the library staff and board see and feel that patrons have - ideas for possible services aimed at those needs - current services that are not very effective that could end in favor of new services - updating the current library mission and values as needed Ideas from the discussion will be included in the strategic planning survey to be released to the public. Patrons will be able to also suggest any service they feel is needed while answering the survey, at focus groups, and at the 2nd strategic planning meeting on November 12. Questions Public comment
