NOTICE OF PROPOSED DISPOSITION OF CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY AND OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT Notice is hereby given that Spanish Fork City is considering the proposed disposition of a portion of City-owned real property consisting of approximately 0.04 acres, or 1,836 square feet, more or less, located generally adjacent to The Villas at Annie's Acres in Spanish Fork, Utah. The property is proposed to be conveyed for signage purposes. LEGAL DESCRIPTION BEGINNING AT A POINT LOCATED SOUTH 1,343.15 FEET AND EAST 1,435.51 FEET FROM THE NORTH WEST CORNER OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 8 SOUTH, RANGE 3 EAST, SALT LAKE BASE AND MERIDIAN; THENCE NORTH 80°02'26' WEST 28.59 FEET; THENCE NORTH 78°29'55' WEST 75.38 FEET; THENCE NORTH 27°45'17' EAST 38.86 FEET; THENCE ALONG THE ARC OF A 647.50' RADIUS NON-TANGENT CURVE TO THE LEFT 100.10 FEET (CHORD BEARS SOUTH 57°04'12' EAST 100.00 FEET) TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. CONTAINING 0.04 ACRES OR 1,836 SQUARE FEET, MORE OR LESS. The Spanish Fork City Council will provide an opportunity for public comment regarding the proposed disposition during its regularly scheduled City Council meeting: Date September 15, 2026 Time 6:00 p.m. Location Spanish Fork City Council Chambers 80 South Main Street Spanish Fork, Utah 84660 Following the opportunity for public comment, the City Council may consider approval of the proposed disposition in accordance with applicable Utah law.
