- GARDEN CITY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC NOTICE & AGENDA The Garden City Planning Commission will hold a regular scheduled meeting on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at the Garden City Lakeview Building, located at 69 N. Paradise Parkway, Building C. ________________________________________ AGENDA 1. Roll Call 2. Approval of Minutes a. Public Hearing Minutes b. Regular Meeting Minutes 3. Discussion/Approval - Preliminary Subdivision Phase 2 - Sweetwater Resort/Sweetwater Townhomes The applicant is proposing a subdivision with 64 single-family lots on approximately 20 acres. Phase 2 of the Sweetwater Townhomes subdivision. Location: Parcel #36-04-000-0055 Applicant: Eric Thomas/Genneva Blanchard, Bear Lake Towns, LLC 4. Miscellaneous 5. Adjournment The public is invited to attend the meeting, listen by phone, or give written comments. The conference phone number is #1-866-347-5097. There is a 2-minute limit on those commenting during the meeting.
