Community Renewable Energy Agency Communications Committee Special Meeting Agenda Public Notice is hereby given that the Community Renewable Energy Agency Communications Committee will assemble in a special public meeting on September 3, 2026, at the Millcreek City Hall located at 1330 East Chambers Avenue (3205 South), 84106 Millcreek UT, commencing at 10:30 a.m. The Committee will convene in an electronic meeting. Board members may participate from remote locations. Board members will be connected to the electronic meeting by GoToMeeting, Zoom, or telephonic communications. The anchor location will be Millcreek City Hall, 5th floor Mt Olympus Conference Room. Members of the public who are not physically present at the anchor location may attend the meeting remotely by electronic means at https://us06web.zoom.us/j/83370066058?pwd=K8FQsHHAQhnhbIufvOFcLbGo4ymgJc.1. SPECIAL MEETING of the Communications Committee: 1. Welcome, Introduction and Preliminary Matters 1.1 Purpose and overview of meeting 2. Business Matters 2.1 Update from Communications Committee on the Community Clean Energy Program and review of communications resources and assets available to participating communities to conduct outreach regarding the program 2.2 Open forum and additional Q&A 3.
