- NOTICE OF KAYSVILLE CITY ORDINANCE ADOPTION On August 20, 2026, the Kaysville City Council approved Ordinance No. 26-08-01 approving the rezone of 16.21 acres of property located at approximately 1800 South Sunset Drive from the R-A (Residential Agricultural) and A-1 (Light Agricultural) district to the R-1-14 (Single-Family Residential) District. The complete ordinance is available for review at the Kaysville City Recorder's Office and online at www.kaysville.gov. Published this 25th day of August, 2026.
