- HUNTSVILLE TOWN COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING AND CLOSED SESSION Tuesday, August 25, 2026, Huntsville Town Hall 7474 E. 200 S. 6:00 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the Huntsville Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at the Huntsville Town Hall 7474 E. 200 S. This is a public meeting, and the public is welcome to attend. 1. Welcome - Mayor Sorensen 2. Pledge of Allegiance - by invitation 3. Opening Ceremony - by invitation 4. Public comments - Residents will be allotted three (3) minutes. 5. Discussion and/or action on approval of up to $7,000 for sign project including installation. 6. Discussion and/or action on approval of up to $90,000 for road repair. 7. Motion to close the Public Meeting and open a closed meeting. 8.
