The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. 1.PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2.ROLL CALL 3.SAFETY SECONDS Councilmember Miller 4.GENERAL BUSINESS/DISCUSSION a. SEPTEMBER SUICIDE PREVENTION AND AWARENESS MONTH PROCLAMATION. Consideration and possible approval for Mayor Willis to proclaim September as Suicide Prevention and Awareness Month in Price City. Amanda McIntosh, Suicide Prevention Liaison will be in attendance to discuss the agenda item. b. PROJECT 9C-2025 SPRING WATER TRANSMISSION LINE PROJECT CONTRACT. Consideration and possible approval of a contract with Condie Construction Company for Project 9C-2025 Segments A & B for $3,753,010.00. c. ROSE PARK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT: FENCING. Consideration and possible approval to award the fencing portion of the project to Southeast Fencing for $17,472.40. Only one bid was received. Bid amount is within the project budget. 5.CONSENT AGENDA a. MINUTES for 08-12-2026 City Council Workshop and City Council. b. EWP NRCS FLOOD PROJECT TIME EXTENSION AND FUNDING REQUEST - Ratification of a letter to the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) requesting a time extension and a funding increase for the City's Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) project, extending the project completion date to July 5, 2027 and requesting $70,721.28 in Technical Assistance Funding. c. SELECTIVE SALARY ADJUSTMENT. Consideration and possible approval of a Selective Salary Adjustment for Elaine Allred. d. CAREER LADDER PROMOTIONS. Consideration and possible approval of career ladder promotions for (1) Fermin Guiterrez, from Facilities Technician III, Grade 10 to Facilities Technician IV, Grade 12 and (2) Derek Richardson from Facilities Technician III, Grade 10 to Facilities Technician IV, Grade 12. e. BUSINESS LICENSES. Yee Haw Landscaping at 375 N 4th Ave. for Dino Lucero. 6.PUBLIC COMMENTS (LIMITED TO TWO MINUTES PER PERSON/NO ACTION TAKEN ON DISCUSSED ITEMS) 7.UNFINISHED BUSINESS
