Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a Planning Commission meeting in the City Council Chambers, 61 S Main St, St George, Utah, on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, commencing at 5:00 p.m.

1. ZONE CHANGE- Horizon Ridge - PUBLIC HEARING
Consider a request to change the zoning from R-1-8 (Single-Family Residential, 8,000 ft² minimum lot size) and R-1-10 (Single-Family Residential, 10,000 ft² minimum lot size) to R-1 (Single Family Residential, no minimum lot size) on approximately 35.76 acres. The property is generally located north of Curly Hollow Drive and south of Province Way. The applicant is American Consulting & Engineering, and the representative is Austin Chappell.
